1. General Use

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It allows users to manage lighting features in compatible BMW vehicles. You are responsible for confirming compatibility and for complying with local regulations.

2. Safety Disclaimer

Never interact with the app while driving. All use must comply with traffic and safety laws. We are not responsible for any harm, violations, or accidents caused by unsafe use.

3. No Affiliation with BMW

This app is independently developed by MeTalent, LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by BMW AG or any of its subsidiaries.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a subscription. Prices and trial terms are shown in the app. Subscriptions are managed by your Apple or Google account and renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

5. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds must follow their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The app and its contents (code, design, visuals) belong to MeTalent, LLC. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Major updates will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. MeTalent, LLC is not liable for any damage or legal issues from use of the app.

10. User Obligations

You must not use the app for illegal actions or to violate vehicle warranties. You are responsible for your actions in the app and vehicle.

11. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate services such as analytics or payments. You agree to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any legal matters will be resolved in Ukrainian courts.
